OUR PRODUCTS RANGE
ABCO ENGINEERING INC stands out as the premier manufacturer based in Mumbai, specializing in the production of Copper Tubes for Medical applications and with Fittings. These copper tubes play a crucial role in the healthcare sector by facilitating the safe transportation of medicinal gases. The imperative need for an uncontaminated and impeccably smooth inner surface is met with the use of copper tubes. Abco Engineering Inc.’s superior copper tubes with fittings offer safe and reliable medical needs. Get guaranteed, uncontaminated in India
In today’s healthcare landscape, a centralized Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) has become mandatory for all hospitals, particularly in critical sections such as CCU, OT, ICU, Nursery, and more. Copper gas pipelines offer distinct advantages over traditional gas cylinders, proving especially beneficial in life-saving scenarios by ensuring a reliable and uninterrupted supply of oxygen or vacuum.
The inherent qualities of copper tubes, including high-pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, durability, and ease of installation, make them the preferred choice. These tubes have a proven track record and conform to various global standards for medical gas applications. Safety standards for positive-pressure medical gases, such as oxygen, necessitate the use of Type K or L copper tubes, as per ASTM B 819. The stringent requirements for cleanliness are essential to prevent the spontaneous combustion of organic oils (residual lubricating oil from manufacturing) when oxygen is under pressure, ensuring the safety of patients.
ABCO ENGINEERING INC is renowned as a leading name among Medical Copper Pipes and Tubes Manufacturers, Suppliers, Exporters, and Importers. Operating from India, they excel in delivering high-quality products that meet global standards. Whether it’s Medical Copper Pipes and Tubes Manufacturers, Suppliers, or Exporters in India, or even VRV/VRF Medical Copper Pipes and Tubes Importers, ABCO ENGINEERING INC has established itself as a reliable and trusted partner in the medical industry.

our products have set the benchmark for medical gas applications.
OFFERING
Copper Tube for use in medical gas applications. Available sizes range from 1/8” to 8-1/8” in outside diameter.
The Medical Copper Tubes must be fabricated from Phosphorus deoxidized non-arsenical Copper, conforming to grade CW 024A (Cu-DHP) as per BS EN 13348/ASTM B 819, and must be in a Half Hard Temper Condition. They should be degreased and suitable for oxygen use, with both ends capped and protectively packed.
Manufacturers of Copper Tubes must be registered in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
For sizes up to 159 mm, the tubes must be permanently and durably marked at regular intervals along their lengths with the following information:
Please note that “Confirmation of degreasing for oxygen use” is a vital component in ensuring safety and compliance with relevant standards.
